Follow up chiropractic visits
A typical follow-up chiropractic visit involves a thorough assessment of the patient's progress since the last session. The chiropractor will discuss any changes in symptoms, pain levels, or overall well-being. Manual adjustments may be administered to address any ongoing issues or to maintain spinal alignment. The chiropractor may also provide guidance on exercises, stretches, or lifestyle adjustments to support the patient's continued recovery and overall musculoskeletal health. The frequency of follow-up visits will depend on the individual's condition and the treatment plan outlined by the chiropractor.

BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION TRAINING
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training is a specialized exercise technique that involves applying a tourniquet or specialized cuffs to partially restrict blood flow to specific muscles during resistance training. This method allows for a reduction in oxygen supply to the muscles, creating a metabolic stress that promotes muscle growth and strength gains. Despite using lighter weights, BFR training induces a similar response to high-intensity resistance training. It is often utilized in rehabilitation settings for muscle recovery, and in fitness training to enhance muscle hypertrophy and improve overall strength with lower resistance loads.
