Pelvic health

At The Restoration Space, we offer both physical therapy and medical treatment and diagnoses for pelvic issues. Our specialists have helped hundreds of people get answers and relief from their symptoms and pain.

Do any of these symptoms sound familiar?

While it can be embarrassing to talk about this stuff, we can promise you you’re not alone. Pelvic floor physical therapy or medical treatment can help with…

  • spontaneous and unwanted sexual arousal in genital area

  • vaginal or vulvar itching, burning, and sensitivity

  • irritable bowel issues or constipation

  • lower abdominal bloating and pressure

  • pain during sex

  • lower back pain, sacral pain, hip pain and/or lower abdominal pains

  • unexplained sitting pain or buttock pain

  • urinary frequency, leaking, and urgency

pelvic therapy

With one of our pelvic therapy specialists, you’ll undergo a comprehensive exam of the pelvic floor and pelvic girdle and abdomen, including your breathing patterns, to identify areas of imbalance and instability. Whether you’re a yogi, a CrossFitter, or an office worker; pregnant with your first baby or your fifth, here you’ll get a custom program to help you get back to moving and living pain-free.

This is so much more than a Kegel. In fact in some cases, we actually want to avoid those altogether!
