What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact workout that builds strength and endurance. It can improve your balance and posture, making everyday activities easier and more difficult ones (like running and cycling) less challenging. It focuses on core strength, breath, precision of movement, and correct alignment.

Pilates can be practiced on “the”mat, Spine Corrector and on equipment.
The Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ped-i-pul) employs spring-based resistance to create muscular strength and tone without building bulk.
