Rachelle is nationally board certified and a doctoral candidate in East Asian Medicine, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.
Rachelle treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with Japanese Meridian Acupuncture, gentle Teishin contact needle techniques, and Kampo Herbal Medicine. Her integrative approach combines East Asian Medicine with the latest evidence based research to balance the organ-meridian systems of the body. Treatments are individually tailored and painless with profound effects aimed at promoting whole body health.
Rachelle provides care for adults and children. She is invested in treating patients throughout all stages of life and helps to prevent future disease with ongoing support and community education.

Veronique was introduced to Pilates in 2006. She developed a passion for Pilates, and took the BASI Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training. In 2012 she became a BASI certified Pilates instructor for mat and all equipment.
She added her passion for Pilates to her midwife experience, and she completed the Pre/Post Natal Specialist Program taught by Carolyn Anthony, founder of The Center For Women’s Fitness. She has been in the US since 1998 and moved to Paris for 3 years where she taught Pilates at Paris Pilates studio.
Back in the US she acquired the Pilates Method Alliance certification in 2015. In addition, Veronique completed the Yamuna Body Rolling certification in 2016.
Veronique loves working with clients of all ages and abilities. As a former midwife she is very interested in accompanying women through the different stages of their life, so she decided to take an osteoporosis specialty training taught by Rebekah Rotstein in New York city and became a Buff Bones® certified instructor in 2018.
Veronique is the mother of 3. She enjoys hiking, skiing and bicycling. She has been living in the Lehigh Valley for 12 years and she is thrilled to join the integrative whole person care team at the Restoration Space.

Laura is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher. She has certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Meditation Specialist. She is also certified in Barre, Spinning and Megaformer.
Her love of fitness started at a young age in which she was constantly playing sports including soccer, basketball, softball, golf, track, and skiing. While attending Gettysburg College, Laura began teaching spinning and group fitness classes and fell in love with fitness, which led her to pursue her certification in personal training and group fitness. She then found the link between fitness and nutrition and pursued a degree in Nutrition and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She then completed her 200-hour teacher training program at Emmaus Yoga and also completed certifications in meditation, group fitness, barre, megaformer and spinning. She also trained under the Men’s Health THRIVE program in which functional movement fitness was the emphasis of the program. She believes that health and wellness is an all-encompassing journey of nutrition, physical fitness and spiritual balance and practicing all of these components is the secret to living an overall healthy well-being.
Tracy is a therapist who received her BA in Psychology from Moravian College and her MA in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael’s College, located in Vermont. Tracy works with children and adults, and offers individual, couples, family, and group counseling. She is a behavior specialist and therapist with experience in behavioral health settings, community-based outpatient counseling, and school-based counseling groups. Tracy is working toward Professional Counselor Licensure (LPC).
Tracy’s therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths-based. Her areas of interest and experience include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, women’s issues, family of origin concerns, and life transitions, among others.
Tracy lives in Bethlehem with her husband, 3 kids, and one unruly chocolate lab.
Amie is a graduate of Kutztown where she majored in art education and minored in psychology and dance. She pursued her master's in Art Therapy from Marywood University after witnessing the power of art as a form of deeper expression and communication for children in emotional support classes.
She believes in the humanistic approach to therapy where it is important to get to know each individual and let them lead the steps in their own recovery and/or self-discovery. She treats children and adults.
She is also a certified brain injury specialist.
Amie is married and has a golden retriever named Benson.
Sarah is a Certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the Lehigh Valley. She graduated from Health Options Institute and has been practicing massage for 3 years. She has had experience working as a professional therapist at multiple locations and decided to start her own business. Her passion to help people through massage started while she was traveling on a missions trip called The World Race and it continues to grow. She truly loves massage and caring for her clients and has seen much success and healing through massage therapy.

Susan is a published author and a sought after presenter in the field of flexibility and optimal health for over 15 years through her company Intrinsic Health Systems. She is co-creator of the BAALL Process™, an empowering personal development program, leads retreats and workshops nationally and internationally, along with working one on one with clients. Her skills and breadth of experience enable her to adeptly work with the most elite athlete, to those with chronic and sometimes debilitating conditions. Susan is able to meet the client wherever they are in their journey and help them move forward to overall health and well-being. Always a holistic approach, she works to blends science and energy together.
Susan has her Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, is a Master Trainer and Instructor in Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching. She is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and holds certifications through NKT (NeuroKinetic Therapy), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and the CHEK Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology). She is 1 of only 4 instructors in the US qualified to certify professionals in the evolutionary Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching method. She is also a student of QiGong with Master Wu and Thomas Droge.
When she isn't working you can find her on her bike, on a trail or most likely in Costa Rica.

Adrin is driven to help her clients to feel and function better. She has been passionate about the Pilates method since she began it herself in 1995. It helped her gain balance, strength, flexibility and a deep awareness of the body. Her business, Inspired Movement, has evolved over 15+ years and now includes, if called for, trigger point massage, body rolling and strength training, based on the newly popular Megaformer/Lagree method. Pilates sessions are 55 min and personalized for each client the day they walk in the door. Current clients are men and women from 35-86 yrs old. Some use Pilates primarily for fitness, others to relieve acute or chronic pain or to rehab new and old injuries.
