New Bethlehem health and wellness center unites experts in nutrition, acupuncture, physical therapy and more

A unique health and wellness center opened Feb. 19 in a Victorian mansion in Bethlehem.

The Restoration Space at 406 Delaware Ave. brings a team of professionals together under one roof to offer care tailored to the individual needs of children and adults recovering from injury, training for athletic events and seeking to become healthier in mind and body.

Physical therapy is often synonymous with post-injury care. However, Julie Spencer is looking to change that with an injury prevention program. Therapists work on strengthening muscle groups to make sure movement is done correctly to avoid future injury.
