"Save Your Back" Yamuna Body Rolling Series

Do you want to learn specific techniques to release your back?

Yamuna Body Rolling® is an original fitness and therapy practice in which a ball acts as a practitioner’s hands. Through Yamuna Body Rolling® you can have a strong, toned, pain-free and unrestricted body.

No matter your age or shape this work is for you!

This 4-week “Save Your Back” series are divided in three sections:

SAVE YOUR LOWER BACK: for anyone who had suffered low back stiffness, pain, herniated discs, sciatica or for those who want to learn a lower back practice to avoid any problems in the future.

SAVE YOUR MIDDLE BACK teaches you how to keep your thoracic vertebrae and ribcage area unrestricted.

SAVE YOUR UPPER BACK: this is the area in the body where people mount their stress and tension causing tightness and restriction.

Full 4 sessions: $100

Price includes a Yamuna Gold Ball (a $25 value).

There are 6 openings per class to ensure everyone gets the attention they need.

What to wear?

Best is close-fitting clothing that allows for full movement (avoid too thick or baggy outfit).
