Pregnancy leaves us with some less than desirable souvenirs - “mummy tummy”, low back pain, leaking, and crepey skin. It’s time to reconnect to yourself this fall and get you owning that superhero vibe!
This postnatal recovery session offers a series of deep core stabilizing exercises with progressions that will allow you to Release, Realign, and Restore your deep inner core.
What should I expect?
Myofascial release techniques to promote healing
Breathing techniques to foster a connection to your deep core
Simple exercises you can do at home to create a lifetime of connection
All participants receive a FREE PT screen and option to participate in weekly to bi-weekly one-on-one PT treatments which will correlate and collaborate with group sessions, as well as be able to address your specific individual needs. (PT sessions will be on a per-case/client-schedule during the week, separate from class days).
