Strength, Flexibility, Power, Nutrition and Mindfulness for High school Runners Summer Program

Being prepared for cross country is more than just putting in the miles. Train this summer with Megan Eyvazzadeh, director of RunWell, a physical therapist who specializes in running performance and injury prevention from The Restoration Space:

Each class will include breath training, running specific drills for speed, core stabilization, flexibility for fluid motion, mindfulness techniques and will finish with a demonstration of a healthy snack/lunch for fueling the running athlete that they can eat that day before leaving. 

Pre-registration required-spots limited.  

Cost: $35 per session, includes organic lunch provided and guided by our registered dietician. (Payment will be made the day of at The Restoration Space)

Add-on: One on one video and biomechanical analysis with Megan to highlight individual areas of focus or potential injury patterns $150- a $50 dollar savings
