Being prepared for cross country is more than just putting in the miles. Train this summer with Megan Eyvazzadeh, director of RunWell, a physical therapist who specializes in running performance and injury prevention from The Restoration Space:
Each class will include breath training, running specific drills for speed, core stabilization, flexibility for fluid motion, mindfulness techniques and will finish with a demonstration of a healthy snack/lunch for fueling the running athlete that they can eat that day before leaving.
