Now that your little bundle of joy has graced your with their presence, your life is complete and happy. There are so many amazing benefits to having a baby and there are also some differences that you may find in your body right after having your baby. You are fighting exhaustion, tightness, stress and healing from labor and delivery as well as life with a new baby. This yoga and cooking session is perfect for the new mommy who is looking to find balance in every day life. We will start with a 30 minute yoga stretch and meditation to loosen tight muscles, release tension, calm nerves, rebuild pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, and focus on breath work. Then Laura will pick a quick, healthy and easy recipe each week that is great for moms to make in a pinch. You will be provided with the recipe, a cooking demonstration on how to make the recipe and one serving of the meal to eat that is cooked. While this demonstration is going on, you will also have the opportunity to pick Laura's brain on any pertinent nutrition questions that you may have !
