What it is and who it's for:

For moms-to-be who want to be an active participant in their pregnancy and birth, this 6-week, small group series offers a full mind-body-spirit experience. Each week will consist of a 40-minute movement class designed to teach you how to listen to your body and address the postural changes that occur with pregnancy, followed by a 20-minute presentation and Q & A with a prenatal expert.

Who I am:

Katie is a movement research nerd with a sense of humor who teaches women to have agency over their bodies, specifically in the pre- and early postnatal period, by educating the mind, challenging the body, and fortifying the spirit. 

She holds her MS in Kinesiology with a focus in Corrective Exercise, is a certified practitioner of The Center Method for Diastasis Recti Recovery and a Pre/Postnatal Specialist (both through Carolyne Anthony/The Center for Women's Fitness), and is trained in the Body Ready Method by One Strong Mama.
